Bridal Shower

I made my sister this scrapbook layout as the big reveal fro her shower theme. I really hope she loves it. I made myself a matching layout at the same time. Please note very cute squirrel in the corner :).
Details:The background paper is by Creativity Inc. It is part of their Wellies and Brellas line. (so cute and perfect!) The shower invitation was made at http://www.weddinpaperdivas.com/. The flowers are from Prima. The flower centers are Stickles. The grass was cut out using the Zooballoo Cricut cartridge. The title was cut out from the Teardrop Cricut cartridge. The squirrel was cut out using SCAL.

Berkeley Botanical Gardens

On our way up to Sacramento, Noey and I, stopped at the Berkeley Botanical Gardens. It is a beautiful garden arranged by parts of the world. We had a wonderful time, even if the sprinklers snuck up and attacked us!

Details: The patterned paper is from the new Doodle Bug Zoofari collection, Fauna. The blue strips are from the BBP Just the edge line in Artesian Pool (thanks Noey). The title was cut out using the Lyrical Letters Cricut cartridge. The circle photos and shadows were cut out using the Plantin School Book cartridge. I used the center point feature on the Cricut. Learned something new!

Leaving on a jet plane...

During my recent flight to California to visit Noey, I was able to get some beautiful photos out my window. We had a chatty pilot who would tell us what you could see out the window as we were going over it. It was really cool.

Details: The background paper is from SEI's new En Route line. The brackets and title were cut out using the Lyrical Letters Cricut cartridge. Multi colored brackets were cut out using the ticket sheet from SEI's En Route line. The ribbons are from the En Route line as well.

Now & Then

HAPPY 7 YEARS TO US!

My friend, Noey, sent me this wonderful felt "now and then" title. When I got it I thought, "when am I ever going to use this?" Then I thought of this wonderful layout! Chris and I have been together for SEVEN years. I thought it would be a wonderful way to show us way back in 2002 and now. I love this layout :)

Details: The blue paper is Bazzill Artesian Pool. The orange paper is Bazzill Mango. The brads are by Bo Bunny. The "7 years" was cut out using the Lyrical Letters Cricut cartridge. The arrows were designed by my lovely husband on Inkscape and cut out on the Cricut using SCAL!
