Pretty Kitty

My first non-Holiday kitty layout. I thought my husband would laugh since he gives me a hard time for taking so many pictures of her, but he liked the layout. I snapped this picture of her when she was trying to get into a photo I was taking of my anniversary flowers. She just looks so pretty.

Details: Background paper is Paws and Claws Fishbones by The Paper Company Studio. The brads are also from the Paws and Claws line. Journaling block is from the Max & Whiskers line by Basic Grey. Loopy paper strip is Just the Edge cardstock strips by Bazzill Basics, color is artesian pool. Title is Italic feature on Lyrical Letters cartridge.

Mayfield Park

We spent an afternoon walking around the Mayfield trails. On this particular day the peacocks were quite active and the lilys were in bloom. And then the next time I was shopping for paper they had this beautiful peacock print. It was meant to be :)

Details: Purple paper (which is a much nicer color in person) is Plum Pudding by Bazzill Basics. Green paper is Intense Kiwi by Bazzill Basics. Peacock paper is Feathers from the Peacock Lane line by Bo Bunny. Title was cut out using the Lyrical Letters Cricut cartridge.

It's all Relative

Finally a picture with nearly all of my husband's family! The only people missing are our nephew Max and his daddy Dan. Although we were all together for a sad occasion, it was nice to all get together for a big family dinner.

Details: background paper with little hearts is Forever in Plaid from My Mind's Eye's Love Me Do line (obviously I used the "B" side since it isn't plaid. lol.) The die cut paper was a gift from Noey. "It's all relative" and "say cheese" are foil stickers from the Woodhaven collection by Colorbok. Calendar is by My Mind's Eye.

A Wine Time

When my parents were visiting me last month we decided to try out two Austin area wineries. We had fun driving out in the boonies and trying tasty wines. Although only Chris liked the one with essence of leather and tobacco. bleh!

Details: ALL paper is from We R Memory Keepers' Vintage Blue line. Background paper is Just Dandy. Purple paper is the "B" side of Blueberry Hill. Flower paper is May Flowers. Tag is from the same line as well. Title was cut out using the Lyrical Letters Cricut Cartridge.

Meeting Nora

We finally got to meet our niece, Nora, when she was 6 months old. She is a cutie!
