My Christmas cards for this year. I decided to use stamps that I had purchased in years past. The only things I purchased were the papers to make the cards and the glitter ribbons from American Crafts. I love the way they turned out!

Introducing Howie

As we did with our previous niece and nephew, we made announcements for the newest addition to the family. We did his a little differently from the last two and I love the way they turned out. I think the handmade argyle paper really got us on the right foot making these.

The envelopes and the outside of the card.
 All of the components.
The inside. I think they are so cute!

I haven't scrapbooked or done anything crafty in months. I have a good reason though:

We Moved!

We bought our first house and we are finally done with some home renovations and have moved in. I will be scrapping this weekend. I think it will feel good to get back in the creative groove. :)

Elizabeth's Stationery

I don't think Elizabeth reads this blog, but if you do B, stop reading now if you don't want to spoil your Christmas gift...

Elizabeth is the only person that has asked for a third set of stationery. You can see her other sets here and here. When I first met her she went by Betsy (she was 12) as she got older she wanted to go by Elizabeth, but most of her family calls her Bee. So this set I decided to do as "A note from Bee". I hope she likes them.

Details: Envelopes are size A2 in Grape from Paper Source. A note from was written out in stamps by Hero Arts. The Bee stamp is also from Paper Source.

Halloween Cards

I had some trouble narrowing down what my Halloween cards should look like this year. I had too many things to choose from this year with the THREE new Cricut cartridges. At last I settled on this design.

Details: Background paper is "spooky words" from the My Mind's Eye Haunted collection. Orange paper is the B side of candy corn from Making Memories' Spook Alley collection. The Boo! stamp is from Spook Alley as well. The ghost was cut out using the new Happy Hauntings Cricut cartridge.

Noey's Austin Shower

This is from Noey's first baby shower that I attended (and hosted). Ashley and I had a blast making the diaper cake. I think we did a great job for it being our first hosted baby shower. We also made tons of adorable paper products for Noey to enjoy :)
Details: Paper is form the adorable new Pitter Patter line by Making Memories. The embellishments were a gift from Noey.

Noey's California Shower

I flew out to CA for Noey's second baby shower. We met at a cute little tea house. It was so much fun! The bundt cakes were as tasty as they were cute. yum!
Details: Paper is from DCWV's Green Stack. I covered up the beaver that was in the corner with a yellow circle to match the flowers in the background. I then used a Martha Stewart Elephant to tie it in with the invite.

Noey's Baby Shower Invites!

My good friend Noey is having a baby boy in June. A few of us decided to throw her a fabulous shower when she is back in Austin visiting. Since Noey makes so many fabulous paper things, we had to make some adorable and fabulous invites for her shower!

The font I used is Angelina from this website.

Here is the whole look. I love when things coordinate :)

A close-up of the invites. I cut the nest by designing my own cut file for SCAL and then cutting them on brown Bazzill. Then Sylvia and I flocked "twigs" on them. We also cut out the eggs using SCAL. The color is Candle by Bazzill. To get the eggs to look shiny we used Glossy Accents.

The envelopes are size A7 and are in pool blue. The adorable labels are chartreuse.

The foot stamp is a stamp I am so glad I bought a few years back. It has gotten much use and it always makes me smile.
Sorry that some of the invite details are blurred out, but I have to respect the privacy of others :)

Card for Sylvia

I made this card to give to Sylvia for her baby shower. I cut the owl out using the Storybook Cricut cartridge. I flocked the owl body and feet. Then added googlie eyes and some stickles for the nose. :)
