McNay & San Antonio Botanical Gardens

These two events took place on the same day so I decided to do them each as one page layouts that go together like a two page layout. I really like how the orange paper makes all the photos pop.

Details: Orange paper is Candle by Bazzill Basics. Sept circle is by Jillibean Soup. And with this layout I just have 3 more activities from 2009 to scrap!

Sequoia

Finally, my last Sequoia layout! I hope to wrap up all 2009 before Thanksgiving. I think I have 5 or 6 layouts left from last year, so hopefully I can get them done!

Details: Background paper is Enchanted from Crate Paper's Lillian collection. Wood paper is from DCWV's Green Stack. Hidden journaling block and word stickers are from October Afternoon's Road Map collection. Letters are by Basic Grey and I now out of "I"s and "A"s.

Halloween Cards

I had some trouble narrowing down what my Halloween cards should look like this year. I had too many things to choose from this year with the THREE new Cricut cartridges. At last I settled on this design.

Details: Background paper is "spooky words" from the My Mind's Eye Haunted collection. Orange paper is the B side of candy corn from Making Memories' Spook Alley collection. The Boo! stamp is from Spook Alley as well. The ghost was cut out using the new Happy Hauntings Cricut cartridge.

Home for the Holidays

Finally finished up the last of my layouts from Christmas 2009. I think the cooler weather and the new Christmas lines coming out made me want to sit down and do this layout. Every year my sister and I get dressed in clothes we got for Christmas and take pictures in front of the tree. It is a fun tradition (until you can no longer see due to all the flash spots in your eyes).

Details: Red paper is Tis the Season by Bo Bunny.Stripe paper is My Wooly Scarf from SEI's Winter Song line. Title sticker and word stickers are from October Afternoon's Very Merry line. Trees and deer are Sparkling Frost accents from SEI's Winter Song. Sparkle ribbon is from Making Memories' Noel line.

Laundry

My cat loves to sit in the laundry. If you open the dryer and look away for just an instant, she will be in there trying to make herself cozy.

Details: Orange paper is Candle by Bazzill Basics. Pattern paper is the A and B side of Simon from the Max and Whiskers line by Basic Grey. The journaling block is from the same line. Cute kitty on a clothes line is cut out using the Meow Cricut Lite cartridge.
