Button Pillow

I have seen this beautiful button pillows all over Pinterest and decided I would try to make one myself. I bought the buttons from an Etsy seller about 6 months ago and have just been putting off the project. It seemed like it would be so time consuming and tedious. It wasn't though! I finished this in a day. I used SCAL to cut out a "P" on my cricut and then traced it onto my fabric with a water soluble marker. Then I stitched each button on.

Lyric tree

I made a first dance lyric tree for my friend that recently got married. I got the inspiration from Pinterest. I think it turned out amazing! I hope they love it.

I also made them this framed dates piece. It contains several important dates to them. I also was inspired by Pinterest for this.

Sock Bunny

I'm still here, just haven't been scrapbooking. Trying to knock off several things on my crafty to-do list.

I made this sock bunny (Pinterest inspiration) for one of the little girls I babysit. She loves bunnies and she loves pink. She promptly named her Ellie. I hope Ellie and Eve have many fun adventures together.

Fresh picked - Winter Garden

I love this layout. I had several pictures (many didn't make the cut) that I wanted to use along with cute garden paper from my friend Noey. I saw this beautiful layout on Pinterest and found a sketch that would work with my photos. Inspiration struck and I made this beauty :)

Glitter letters are by Making Memories. Gray letters are the Amy Tangerine Thickers by American Crafts. I made the garden markers by tracing a garden marker and cutting them by hand.

December Daily - Day twenty-six

I was planning on stopping my December Daily on Christmas day, but we took these pictures the day after with the new camera remotes and I needed another page to end my book, so there you have it.

December Daily - Day twenty-five

Christmas Day! Luna liked all the fresh catnip in her stocking.

December Daily - Day twenty-four

My sister and I's annual tradition of sugar cookies and a spin beneath the Zilker tree.

December Daily - Day twenty-three

Chris and I opened our stockings before family came to town. We took Willy and Michelle to Pete's trail of lights.

December Daily - Day twenty-two

Nana and Papa got Luna a fancy jingle bell collar to wear for Christmas.

December Daily - Day twenty-one

Candy Land with the little girls and Luna in her Christmas best.

December Daily - Day twenty

Luna had to endure our annual dressing her in costume.

December Daily - Day nineteen

I picked up our ornaments the day after we made them. They had to sit in a kiln for awhile to temper the glass.
